Kyokushin is a style of karate with a philosophy of self-improvement, discipline, and hard training.

Lowton Karate Kyokushinkai is one of the only clubs in the North West to be teaching this style. You can become involved with training with whatever personal goals you want to achieve, and there is the opportunity to attend gradings and competitions.

Whether or not you choose to compete, participating in a karate class regularly will help you with your physical development and your mental health, and you’ll be able to make new friends at the club.
