We run two sessions per week.
Adults and juniors train together at the same time during both sessions, although juniors often finish a little earlier, to allow the adults more time to work on more advanced material.
The “Pee Wee” juniors (6-8 yrs) are learning basic skills and discipline. However, the level of training is limited due to the safety aspects and what can reasonably be expected of young children in terms of attention and physicality.
The senior (16+) and older junior (9-15 yrs) students must also have training for higher level of skills and discipline, that require more training time with greater focus.
